Accurate and Fast SEM-EDS Analysis in any SEM

Watch on demand now!

Whether you are new to microscopy and EDS analysis, have simple application requirements or a limited budget, you will want an EDS system that is easy to use, accurate and reliable.

In this webinar, we go into more detail about how we have incorporated technology usually only found in high-end systems into our new Xplore system in order to make accurate, fast and even live EDS analysis accessible to all users. We also talk about the necessity to have easy to use and intuitive software like AZtecLive to give users the confidence to analyse their samples with minimum training. Features like Tru-Q and TruMap ensure that the users don’t have to be an expert to get expert results.

Finally, we look at AZtecLive’s Chemical Imaging, which enables the quick and comprehensive investigation of a sample with real-time chemical feedback via a Live Electron Image, Live X-ray Maps and a Live Spectrum, even while the SEM stage is moving. We show examples of the Xplore/AZtecLive system being used to address a variety of applications including failure analysis, quality control and routine materials characterisation.
