Oxford Instruments and Bluefors: a statement

Oxford Instruments and Bluefors have amicably resolved their on-going disputes under mutually acceptable terms and conditions, including financial payments to Oxford Instruments, arising out of Oxford Instruments' patents related to certain technology solutions for fast sample exchanging. This ends the on-going lawsuits in the Finnish Market Court, and enables each company to continue to focus its resources on innovative new products serving their customers without disruption. Further, the companies continue the positive relationship in certain technologies where Bluefors through its subsidiary Bluefors Cryocoolers Technology Inc acts as a supplier of Cryomech branded products to Oxford Instruments.
