Oxford Instruments COVID-19 response
The current covid pandemic has highlighted the importance of supporting our customers in addressing some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
We remain focused on ensuring the safety of our colleagues around the world while supporting all our customers and doing what we can to help during this crisis. In doing this, we continue to talk with our employees, customers and suppliers as the situation progresses and review our continuity plans regularly in line with local regulations and guidelines.
We are closely monitoring and assessing the situation and have implemented additional safety measures to protect those employees who are working on our sites or customers’ sites while continuing to support those working from home for some or all of the time. All our manufacturing and services sites are operational, and we recognise our role in delivering products and services to those working to provide solutions for covid-19 and support vital infrastructure services.
Our goal is to continue to provide a full service offering for our customers around the world and we are utilising a large range of remote services to do this.
Our global sales, applications and marketing teams continue to be available as normal and we have an extensive range of webinars and other digital material for our customers; you can download our webinar brochure below. We also have a live chat facility on some areas of the website as an easy way to ask a question or get support.
We remain committed to providing the high level of service and support that all our stakeholders have come to expect from us. If there is any way we can assist or support you during these challenging times please contact us and we will look at how best to help you.
