The workshop will give a detailed introduction to chemical and structural imaging with correlative Raman microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD).

The speakers will cover:

• The theoretical basis, associated hardware and software related to the techniques
• New developments in EDS and EBSD, with a focus on data analysis and processing
  
• The value of combining Raman imaging with complementary techniques, such as AFM, SEM and profilometry, for a more complete sample characterization
