The 29th International Conference on Low Temperature Physics (LT29) will take place in Sapporo, Japan, during August 18-24, 2022.

The LT29 will maintain the tradition of the prestigious flagship conference in low temperature physics, and at the same time introduce some new frameworks to reflect the rapid current progress in this field under the auspices of the IUPAP through its Commission C5. In the past, three LTs were held in Japan successfully: LT12 (1970) in Kyoto, LT18 (1987) in Kyoto and LT23 (2002) in Hiroshima. LT29 will follow the last LT held in Asia, LT26 (2011) in Beijing.
