Hosted by Raith Nanofabrication

The aim of the workshop is to provide a broad overview on Electron and Ion beam patterning techniques and related processes which are fundamental for nanofabrication in R&D and small scale production. Earlier, workshops were organized at IITB Mumbai in 2009, CeNSE, IISC Bangalore in 2012, NRF, IITDelhi in 2015 and CeNSE, IISC Bangalore in 2017.

The workshop includes:

  • SEM (FIB) nano-patterning attachments
• Speakers from Oxford Instruments
  • RIE - Deposition
• Speakers from Indian Institutes
• Interesting applications from Raith users
• Salient features of the workshop:
  • No registration fee is charged
  • Snacks, Tea, Coffee, Lunch and Dinner (for day 1) is included
