High Time Resolution Imaging and Optical Spectroscopy

High Time Resolution Imaging and Optical Spectroscopy at MIT

Challenging optical experiments often call for fast cameras - but how can you be confident that you’re capturing the right phenomenon at the right time with the right equipment?

Join us for a morning of discussion where we will discuss making the most of intensified cameras, CCDs, EMCCDs, sCMOSs in a range of applications. We will discuss measurement theory, sensor architecture, and break down some interesting recent work to illuminate how detector technology shapes experimental design and vice versa.

All experience levels welcome.

Brunch provided - limited seats so please register in advance.
