The Chair of Electronic Devices, RWTH Aachen University and AMO cordially invite you to the Aachen Metrology Days from 25th to 28th March 2025. In cooperation with Oxford Insturments, you can expect an exciting programme with live system presentations in the fields of Electron Microscopy with X-Ray Analysis, Atomic Force Microscopy, Raman Imaging and Spectroscopy as well as NMR Spectroscopy.
