Low Loss Liquid Helium (LHe) Transfer Tube/Siphon
The LLT low loss liquid helium transfer tube (siphon) has been developed specifically for use with Oxford Instruments’ continuous flow (CF) Optistat®, Microstat®, Spectrostat, Ultrastat and ESR range of optical and spectroscopy cryostats.
These transfer tubes incorporate the design principles, practices and materials of our Low Loss technology resulting in significant user benefits:
- Savings in running costs due to low liquid helium consumption
- Extended continuous cryostat operating range (down to 2 K)
- Hands-free automated operation with LLT650 and LLT750 models
