Both instruments provide world-class performance in proven design platforms for demanding thickness-gauging applications. Measure five layers and fifteen elements of a sample with common element correction. Measurement method comply with ISO 3497, ASTM B568 and DIN 50987.

The OSPrey800 measures Organic Solderablity Preservative (OSP) thickness on the individual pads of real-time production boards. The ability to target individual pads allows specific quality control, failure analysis and troubleshooting of the OSP layer.
